The high altar in the sanctuary

Worship is at the heart of our community life. It is a time when we meet with God and with one another in a particular way, and through that repeated encounter, we grow to become more fully the people and community that God is calling us to be. The Eucharist (also known as Holy Communion) has a special place in our worship. Here, as we listen to, and think about, the Scriptures, and share bread and wine, we meet with the grace and love of God in a very real way, and from this, we are inspired and strengthened to live out our Christian faith in our daily lives.
